Team Updates: Progress and learning within the teams
The greater team had a big year of growth and development.
Each member stepped up, took ownership, and strengthened their skills. Through work on the Data Warehouse and market analytics modelling, the team is now better equipped to deliver actionable insights that make a real difference.
A major highlight was the creation of a comprehensive pricing model, which the business didn’t have before. This shows how the team has grown not only our technical skills but also our strategic thinking, adaptability, and execution.
Company Milestones: Building on product development and
launch success
This year saw meaningful advancements, from successful product launches like DealAssist gaining strong traction and DealProtect’s strategic pivot to a consumer-facing model, to expanded international partnerships across the MENA region and targeted team investments that strengthen our local presence, enhance capabilities, and position us for continued growth in 2026 and beyond.

DealAssist & DealProtect
Having only launched DealAssist in 2024, we’re happy to report that in November 2025 it was averaging +-75 vehicles per month with demand already surging beyond.
In 2026, we’re wanting to build on this success by doubling the number of vehicles handled with DealAssist per month. Beyond 2026, our long-term goal is to achieve the appropriate scale to handle hundreds of vehicles.
DealProtect pivoted from an exclusively dealership-facing product to a product model that could be sold directly to consumers. This change in product structure and strategy effected a much stronger uptake and a promising future outlook.
DealersOnline International: Strengthening partnerships and investing in our teams
A year of strengthening our presence in the MENA region. Through locking in and exploring new partnership opportunities, we expanded our reach whilst delving deeper into our understanding of these markets.
Our conversations and partnership with a consulting business operating amongst the largest rental companies in the MENA region presented the opportunity to add a brand new sales arm to the DealersOnline International business. Onboarding Lease Plan - the largest fleet operator in this region - as one of our partners was also a significant milestone.
To support our growing partnership network, we appointed Tariq in Saudi Arabia to connect with industry players and communicate our offering in this market’s native language.
With our market share in Kuwait growing significantly, we appointed a brand new team to serve this region’s needs.
“Having people on the ground who speak the language makes a huge difference in expanding our capabilities” - Renaldo
Having invested in our teams to expand our capabilities, we are looking to capitalise on these assets in the year ahead.
Data Productization: Turning this year’s insights into next year’s products.
Looking ahead to 2026, the goal is to create more value from our data capabilities.
We plan to do this in two ways: First, through consulting and advisory services for fleet, rental, and leasing clients, providing tailored insights based on our data and market expertise. Second, through scalable data products like pay-per-call or pay-per-decision models that deliver fast, standardised insights at scale.
For online tools such as ActvList and DealAssist, the next step is automation and scalability. Daily data scraping is already automated, but distribution still requires some manual steps.
Early next year, the aim is to make these systems real-time and fully automated, giving the sales team the tools they need to operate at scale.
Platform Changes: building out our armoury of capabilities with additional, data & product teams.
2025 saw strong progress across our platforms.
VehicleTag became fully operational, while improvements to Dashboard and Grid Views, Fines and Fine Management, and NATIS integration made workflows smoother and more efficient.
Auction Cards went through two successful iterations, and new filters improved usability. Networks is still in testing but is expected to be a key feature in 2026.
On DealerOS, there were several successes including evolved deals, lead lists, and deal boards.
The launch of a retail site for Scania and improved profitability tracking across vehicles and customers showed how the platform continues to connect and strengthen our operations and client outcomes.
Goals for 2026: enhancing the health of our marketplace.
Next year, the focus will be on making the most of what we built
this year.
Products like DealAssist and DealProtect are ready to deliver impact and DealersOS will concentrate on bringing more dealer groups on board. Other opportunities for the year to come includes embedding NATIS integration, expanding digital dealer stocking, and streamlining digital title transfers.
We, as DealersOnline, will focus on maintaining market leadership and exploring growth opportunities. Our goal is to improve marketplace effectiveness, capture more value, and reduce serial listings.
Next year is about turning the groundwork into measurable results, continuing to grow, innovate, and make DealersOnline even stronger.
This year asked a lot of every team - and you showed up with resilience, focus, and a commitment to excellence that kept us moving forward. Every improvement, launch, fix, and breakthrough was shaped by your hard work. As we wrap up the year, we want to say thank you. You’ve done incredibly well, and we couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve achieved together.
Here’s to carrying that same momentum and teamwork into the new year!
